Restriction on Assisted Suicide, Euthanasia, and Mercy Killing

This rule is intended to implement a new statutory restriction that amends the Legal Services Corporation Act (``LSC'' or ``Corporation'') and is applicable to recipients of grants from the Legal Services Corporation. The restriction prohibits the use of LSC funds by recipients for legal or other assistance that would cause, assist in, advocate for, or fund assisted suicide, euthanasia, or mercy killing.
