Proposed Pesticide Amendment Reinvention Measures

EPA is soliciting comments on a proposed revised policies and procedures concerning certain types of registration amendments. The proposal is available in a draft Pesticide Registration (PR) Notice entitled ``Notifications, Non-notifications and Minor Formulation Amendments'' which is available upon request. Interested parties may request a copy of the Agency's proposed policy as set forth in the ADDRESSES unit of this notice.
