EPA Publishes Revisions to Criteria for Municipal Solid Waste Landfills

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has published a direct final rule revising the criteria for municipal solid waste landfills, providing additional flexibility to small landfills to reduce costs while protecting human health and the environment.
