US Department of Justice to Hold Informal Hearings on Maine Human Rights Act ADA Compliance

The Department of Justice will conduct informal hearings in Washington, D.C. and Augusta, Maine to assess whether the Maine Human Rights Act meets the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards for new construction and alterations, as mandated by the Department of Justice.
