Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on a new Medical Travel Refund Request Form, which is part of an Office of Workers' Compensation Programs-sponsored information collection request submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
