Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to Prohibit Persons Convicted of Fraud or Other DoD Contract-Related Felonies from Serving

The Director of Defense Procurement is proposing to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to broaden the scope of positions where contractors are barred from employing individuals convicted of fraud or other DoD contract-related offenses, and to extend the duration of such prohibitions beyond 5 years.
