Navy Corrects Proposed Rule on Danger Zone Regulations for Chesapeake Bay

The Navy has corrected a proposed rule published in the Federal Register on September 8, 1997, regarding the Navy's request to amend the danger zone regulations for the Chesapeake Bay, correcting an error in the size of a restricted area and extending the comment period to coincide with the Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore District's public notice.
