Federal Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) Process Administrative Fee and Certified IDR Entity Fee Ranges

The Department of the Treasury, Department of Labor, and Department of Health and Human Services will establish fee ranges for the Federal independent dispute resolution (IDR) process through notice and comment rulemaking, with the goal of setting the administrative fee and certified IDR entity fee ranges for disputes initiated on or after January 1, 2024.
