EPA Proposes Administrative Settlements for Three Superfund Sites in Massachusetts

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing three separate cost recovery settlement agreements to address claims under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980, as amended, for three Superfund Sites in Massachusetts, including Brockton Gas Works I, Brockton Gas Works II, and Taunton Gas/Rogers Ave.
