Certification on Conversion of Military Positions to Civilian Positions Published

The Department of Defense has published a notice in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act for FY 1997, detailing the certification of 3,000 military positions converted to civilian positions during FY 1996, as submitted to Congress on September 22, 1997.
