US Department of the Army Proposes Changes to Specimen Sample Records System
The US Department of the Army is proposing to update its records system for the Armed Forces Repository of Specimen Samples for the Identification of Remains, adding a new category of individuals covered and a routine use, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
