Exemption From Certain Prohibited Transaction Restrictions Involving Occidental Petroleum Corporation Savings Plan and Anadarko Employee Savings Plan

The US Department of Labor has issued a notice of exemption allowing the Occidental Petroleum Corporation Savings Plan and the Anadarko Employee Savings Plan to acquire and hold stock warrants issued by Occidental Petroleum Company, a party of interest to the plans, without violating the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.
