East Penn Railways, Inc. Secures Lease and Operation Exemption from Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority

East Penn Railways, Inc. has received a lease and operation exemption from the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, allowing the company to operate its rail services without the need for a separate agreement. This exemption will enable East Penn Railways to continue providing rail services in the region.
