EPA Announces Intent to Delete Monsanto Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on its proposal to remove the Monsanto Superfund Site from the National Priorities List (NPL), following completion of cleanup efforts and determination that remedial activities are adequately addressing environmental concerns.
