Notice of Coal Action; New Mexico

The PRLA process requires that a CED be prepared and made available to the public. The CED estimates the costs of compliance with all laws, regulations, lease terms, and special stipulations intended to protect the environmental impacts of mining. This action establishes the availability of the CED for Ark Land Company's PRLAs.
