Workshops on Proposed Rule Establishing Oil Value for Royalty Due on Federal Leases

The Minerals Management Service (MMS) is holding additional workshops to discuss alternatives for proceeding with a proposed rule that would establish the value of oil for royalty payments on federal leases, following public comments on previous proposals and notices.
