US Department of the Interior Simplifies Definition of Economically Feasible Alternative Route for Alaska Transportation Systems

The US Department of the Interior is revising the regulatory definition of an economically feasible and prudent alternative route for proposed transportation and utility systems in Alaska, in line with the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act (ANILCA) and Title XI of the Act.
