OPM Requests Review of Revised Information Collection Form RI 38-31

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking public comment on a revised information collection form, RI 38-31, used to track missing payments from the Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund, with approximately 998 forms expected to be completed annually.
