U.S. Presidential Determination to Permit Contributions to the International Fund for Ireland (FY 1996-1997)
The U.S. government has made a presidential determination to allow U.S. contributions to the International Fund for Ireland using funds from the fiscal years 1996 and 1997. This decision will enable the U.S. to provide financial support to the organization.
