EPA Revises Oklahoma's NPDES Program Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency has revised the approved National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) program for the State of Oklahoma, allowing the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality to issue general permits and shifting enforcement authority to the Oklahoma Ordinance Works Authority.
