EPA Approves Virginia's Air Quality Implementation Plan for Major Polluters

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved six revisions to Virginia's State Implementation Plan, requiring six major polluters to implement Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) measures to reduce volatile organic compounds, in compliance with the Clean Air Act.
