EPA Grants Administrative Exception for Cut-Rose Hand Harvesting of Pesticides

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an administrative exception for the cut-rose hand harvesting method of pesticide application, allowing farmers to use this method under certain conditions to protect pesticide workers.
