Notice to State Workforce Agencies on Revised Schedule for Unemployment Compensation for Ex-Servicemembers (UCX) Program

The Department of Defense has released a revised schedule of remuneration for the UCX program, reflecting the military pay increase effective January 1, 2024. States must use the new schedule for 'first claims' filed on or after January 1, 2024, while continuing to use the 2023 schedule for 'first claims' filed before that date.
