Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement; Title to Government Property

The Under Secretary of Defense, Acquisition and Technology, has requested public comment on proposed changes to the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to reduce the amount of government-owned tooling and equipment in the possession of DoD contractors, building on a 1997 FAR Part 45 proposed rule.
