SEC Approves Philadelphia Stock Exchange's Rule Change for PACE Orders

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has granted approval to the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, Inc.'s proposed rule change respecting the Public Order Exposure System for PACE orders, as submitted to the SEC on February 22, 2022, and published in the Federal Register on March 4, 2022.
