EPA Establishes Time-Limited Tolerances for Spinosad in Various Fruits and Vegetables

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted emergency exemptions for the use of spinosad, a pesticide, on certain fruits and vegetables, and established time-limited tolerances for residues of spinosad in these commodities.
