U.S. Department of Labor Amends Procedural Guidelines for Child Labor and Forced Labor List

The U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of International Labor Affairs is updating its procedural guidelines for maintaining a list of goods produced by child labor or forced labor. The list, which must be made public by the Department of Labor, is required by the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2005.
