Notice of Realty Action for Public Land Classification in New Mexico

The U.S. government has determined that public land in Dona Ana County, New Mexico, is suitable for lease or conveyance to the City of Las Cruces under the Recreation and Public Purposes (R&PP) Act, with plans to use the land for a city park.
