US Department of Commerce Terminates Administrative Review of Antidumping Duties on Malleable Cast Iron Pipe Fittings from Taiwan

The US Department of Commerce has terminated an administrative review of antidumping duties on malleable cast iron pipe fittings from Taiwan, following a withdrawal of a request for review by importer Amco Metal Industrial Corp. The review, initiated on June 19, 1997, covered the period from May 1, 1996, to April 30, 1997, and was requested by Amco Metal Industrial Corp. in response to a complaint filed by De Ho Metal Industrial Co., Ltd., a Taiwanese manufacturer of the subject merchandise.
