Request for Revision of a Currently Approved Information Collection

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice announces the intent of the Farm Service Agency (FSA) to revise the information collection currently approved for a form used in support of the FSA Farm Loan Program (FLP). The form has been amended to adapt it for additional uses in the servicing of loans, resulting in its name being changed and an increase in burden hours.
