FCC Proposes Changes to Digital TV Advisory Committee

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has proposed amendments to Executive Order 13038, which governs the Advisory Committee on Public Interest Obligations of Digital Television Broadcasters, in an effort to modernize the committee's structure and improve its effectiveness in promoting public interest in digital television broadcasting.
