National Institutes of Health to Grant Exclusive License for IL-4 Pseudomonas Exotoxin Fusion Protein Therapeutics

The National Institutes of Health is considering granting a limited, worldwide license to Neurocrine Biosciences for the use of certain patents related to IL-4 pseudomonas exotoxin fusion protein therapeutics, with the rights to these patents currently held by the US government.
