NMFS Extends Comment Period for Observer Health and Safety Guidelines

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has extended the public comment period for 30 days for proposed guidelines aimed at ensuring the health and safety of marine observers, following a request from the Magnuson-Stevens Act Provisions committee.
