SBA Grants Class Waiver of Nonmanufacturer Rule for Laptop and Tablet Computers
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has granted a class waiver of the Nonmanufacturer Rule (NMR) for commercially available off-the-shelf laptop and tablet computers, primarily used by manufacturers under NAICS code 334111 and PSC 7435.
