Medicare Program: Negotiated Rulemaking Committee to Discuss Provider-sponsored Organization Solvency Standards

The Negotiated Rulemaking Committee on provider-sponsored organization (PSO) solvency standards will hold meetings to develop an interim final rule, mandated by the Balanced Budget Act of 1997, and open to the public.
