EPA Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Settlement for Yakima Plating Superfund Site

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting public input on a proposed administrative settlement to address claims against Robert and Shirley Mastel under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980, related to the former Yakima Plating Company facility in Yakima, Washington.
