Notice of Prospective Patent License

NASA hereby gives notice that Corken, Inc., a subsidiary of IDEX Corporation, having its principal place of business at 3805 N.W. 36th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73112, has applied for a partially exclusive license to practice the invention described and claimed in U.S. Patent No. 5,171,822, entitled ``LOW TOXICITY HIGH TEMPERATURE PMR POLYIMIDE,'' which is assigned to the United States of America as represented by the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Written objections to the prospective grant of a license should be sent to Langley Research Center.
