US Agency Announces Competition for Summer Institute for Foreign Policy Officials

The U.S. Information Agency is seeking proposals from non-profit organizations to develop a three-week program for 18 experienced foreign affairs professionals, focusing on contemporary American issues and their impact on U.S. policies, from May 15 to July 31, 1998.
