Interagency Committee on Dam Safety (ICODS); Charter and Operating Rules

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) gives notice of the revised Charter and Operating Rules of the Interagency Committee on Dam Safety (ICODS). The purpose of ICODS is to coordinate policies for and provide guidance to all participants of the National Dam Safety Program.
