MTMC Proposes Change to Foreign Military Sales Shipments Policy

The Military Traffic Management Command (MTMC) is proposing a new policy to include Foreign Military Sales (FMS) material in the Guaranteed Traffic (GT) and related freight movement programs, pending a court decision on a previous invalidation of a similar policy.
