EPA Comments on Environmental Impact Statements and Regulations for Transportation Improvement Projects

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has completed its review of two draft environmental impact statements (EIS) for transportation improvement projects in California and Washington, and has expressed concerns over environmental impacts, but has also suggested alternative solutions to mitigate these impacts.
