NASA Finds No Significant Impact for Earth Observing System Program

NASA has determined that its proposed Earth Observing System Program, launching spacecraft from Vandenberg Air Force Base between 1998 and 2014, will not have a significant environmental impact, as required by the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
