FSIS Reopens Comment Period on Generic HACCP Models and Guidance Materials

The Food Safety and Inspection Service is extending the public comment period on 13 generic HACCP models, a guidebook for HACCP plans, and a guide for meat and poultry hazards and controls, to gather additional feedback on their usefulness in implementing HACCP.
