EPA Proposes Site-Specific Rule for Molex, Inc. Facility in Nebraska

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a site-specific rule for the Molex, Inc. facility in Lincoln, Nebraska, as part of a Project XL program aimed at implementing a project at the facility located at 700 Kingbird Road, Nebraska. The proposed rule is open for public comment and will become effective in 60 days if no significant adverse comments are received.
