EPA to Hold Meeting on Lead-Based Paint Rulemaking

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is hosting an open meeting to gather public comments on proposed regulations identifying lead-based paint hazards, as part of the forthcoming rulemaking under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The meeting is part of the Dialogue Process, a support mechanism for the rulemaking process.
