SBA Temporarily Modifies Paycheck Protection Program Rules for Entities with Foreign Affiliates

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has posted an interim final rule updating the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) rules to include entities with foreign affiliates, in response to the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) and amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
