Bureau of Reclamation to Prepare Draft EIS for Orange County Regional Water Reclamation Project

The Bureau of Reclamation plans to partially fund the Orange County Regional Water Reclamation Project with the Orange County Water District and County Sanitation Districts of Orange County, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
