SBA Temporarily Modifies Paycheck Protection Program Rules

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has revised its interim final rule for the Paycheck Protection Program, a new product added to the 7(a) Loan Program under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), to remove the eligibility requirement for applicants or owners with felony convictions.
