FTC Requests OMB Extend Paperwork Reduction Act Clearance for Alternative Fuels Rule

The Federal Trade Commission is seeking an additional three-year extension of the current clearance for the Alternative Fuels Rule, which expires on April 30, 2025, and requires the Office of Management and Budget to review the information collection requirements.
