SEC Approves Rule Change for Broker-Dealers Operating in Financial Institutions

The Securities and Exchange Commission has approved a proposed rule change by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. allowing broker-dealers to operate on the premises of financial institutions, with accelerated approval granted for Amendment No. 5 to the rule change.
